Ray Bradbury, Dorval 1970

I'm a great believer in Ray Bradbury. His short story about the gawkers at the scene of an accident really resonates with me. Even 40+ years after reading it.

That and the scene in Blue Max where a smoker kills George Peppard's friend by flicking a cigarette in the av gas at the crash site.  (I watched the filming of the dogfight scenes in person.)

And Stephen King's Cell when he describes the #flocking.

Describes Trumpism, Soviet Russia, Nazism, Chinese communism, Manson family, Jonestown and many other totalitarian, cult or herd behaviours.
